Measurements for each item of Gym Monkee clothing are displayed on the product pages so you can be sure you are ordering the correct size.
If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please get in touch with the Gym Monkee Team and we will happily assist. Due to the expedited nature of the picking and packing process, we cannot always guarantee that order(s) can be cancelled or amended. We suggest getting in touch immediately for any requested changes. Please note, if we cannot adhere to your request, you will be responsible for any return costs of the item(s). Necessary refunds will be processed once items are back on our premises and will be confirmed via email.
If in the rare circumstance, a member of the Gym Monkee team has dispatched the incorrect item to you, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and a photo of what you have received and we’ll rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. All postage costs you pay to return the incorrect item will be reimbursed.
If you have accidentally chosen the incorrect item or size in your order, please contact us immediately. Should you wish to change an item, you will be liable for the return cost should you wish to exchange it.
If the product you’re after is out of stock, please be patient – we’ll soon have fresh stock arriving. We appreciate how frustrating it is that the particular item you are after is unavailable. The reason we continue to advertise these is simply because we would like you to get a scope for our full product range.
UK orders usually arrive within 5 working days but for worldwide orders please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch date.

All orders are sent via Second Class Royal Mail and are priced at £3.95, International Shipping is priced at £8.
Returning any item(s) for a refund or exchange from domestic customers must be made within 14 days of placing the order, any requests after this may be rejected. Customers are liable for sending the items back to us. International orders must be sent back within 21 days of purchase.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take 7 days to appear.
Exchanged items will reach you within 5 days of us receiving the returned item.
